Zoom Download & Install

Before you start, you need to download and install Zoo first. Please refer to links to download below.

• For Android user : Google Play

• For iOS user : Apple Store

• For PC user : PC Install

Register or log in to Zoom

You are already a member or new to Zoom? Please log in to Zoom or sign up. Only host proceed this.

• If you are a member : Log in to Zoom https://zoom.us/signin

• If you are new to Zoom : Sign up (Free) https://zoom.us/signup

Create a video conference room in Daouoffice

1. Run Daouoffice on your PC

2. Click on the button which is shaped like a ‘video’.

3. Click ‘Approval’ button on the pop-up..

4. Click on the link created in the chat and then it leads you to the Zoom conference room.

• The individual that hosts the Zoom's video conference room will determine the meeting plan.

Setting video conference in Zoom

For PC, click on the video conference link. Once the following screen appears, click on the button.

And then click on the button.

Uninstalling the Daou Office Add-on

1. Login to your Zoom Account and access to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or Search the Daou Office app.

3. Click Daou Office app.

4. Click Uninstall.

Installing and Configuring from Zoom Marketplace

1. Login to your Zoom Account and access to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Search the Daou Office app.

3. Click install and Sign in with your Daou Office account.

4. Confirm the permissiont the app requires choose Authorize.
